Eligibility for Returns

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
- Refunds are processed via bKash or cash on delivery reversal
- Processing takes 2-3 business days
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we cover the shipping cost. Otherwise shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
